Acceptable stay downtown
clean room great location whatsapp communication remote staff
The location is definitely a plus. The room was super clean and very well equipped with a coffee pod machine. I also liked that there was a lift to the fifth floor (convenient after a long day of sightseeing).
The WhatsApp communication was initially a bit odd. I was asked to send passport details after a potential scam. There is no reception or staff on site, so everything is managed remotely.

modern room friendly staff excellent breakfast broken door unwanted guest ant problem
The room was very clean and modern. I found the breakfast brought to my room excellent. The staff were really friendly. There were lots of restaurants in the area and the metro was close.
The bathroom door was broken. The hotel did not get another room for me. I had several unwanted guests in my room. A bunch of ants were running around.

excellent location with room service breakfast
easy checkin lovely view room service
Check in via the app was very easy! reception provided access codes. i went straight to our room. i had the junior suite, it had a lovely view of the square. we had room service breakfast daily. It was delicious.
The room smelled like pipes. This. there were no apologies from the owners, and we only spoke through whatsapp. also, the air conditioning did not work, very unfortunate.

Staff answered quickly through whatsapp. This was great! it made communication easy and efficient, and i appreciated the fast responses to my questions. i found the responsiveness helpful throughout my stay.
